Meet The Suzuki Girls

The story of how two girls from the Czech Republic became part of the Camp4x4 family.

Some Camp4x4 stories begin with a booking confirmation, this one began with a dream.

And somehow, it feels even more special to us because Baška & Miška come from the Czech Republic, the very same place where the founders of Camp4x4’s love story first began too. Funny how adventure has a way of bringing people full circle.

By now many of you already know The Suzuki Girls. But what many don’t know is how they became part of the Camp4x4 crew in the first place. Long before South Africa, rooftop tents and dusty roads, there was always Suzuki.

Baška & Miška had travelled the world in every kind imaginable. Some old-school legends, some brand new, some with no doors, some with roofs that sounded like they may fly off on the highway. But through every chaotic road trip, breakdown, border crossing and adventure, one thing stayed constant: their love for Suzuki.

Earlier this year they entered a Camp4x4 giveaway and won the adventure of a lifetime. They won a Camp4x4 Getaway with a fully kitted 2024 Suzuki Jimny complete with rooftop tent and camping gear. What stood out to us most was that this wasn’t just a “cool prize” to them. This was their dream!

The kind of dream you quietly carry for years while saving photos on Instagram and imagining your own turn one day. One day they would be the girls driving into the wilderness with a rooftop tent on top, cooking under the stars and waking up somewhere beautiful with nowhere else to be.

And then suddenly, it happened. Not on familiar roads in Europe, but here in South Africa.

Over the following weeks they travelled across the country in true Camp4x4 style. Mountain passes, hidden campsites, muddy tracks, endless coastlines and nights under skies overflowing with stars. The kind of trip that changes something in you.

And while many people travel, very few embody the spirit of Camp4x4 the way these two do.

There was no pressure. No expectation. No carefully curated campaign.

Just pure joy, gratitude, adventure and an honest love for the experience.

They didn’t ask to become brand ambassadors.

They simply were the brand.

The freedom.
The fun.
The muddy shoes.
The campfire laughs.
The slightly chaotic Suzuki energy.
The ability to turn ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.

Today The Suzuki Girls help us share what Camp4x4 has always been about. Adventure, connection, freedom, beautiful memories and the reminder that sometimes the wildest dreams really do begin with one small decision to just go.

Because Camp4x4 has never only been about vehicles.
